Processing Time

I just placed an order. When will it ship?

Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing, quality checks, and packaging before your order is shipped.

How long is the shipping time?

  • United States: Average transit time is 8-15 business days
  • International: Average transit time is 10-17 business days

Delivery times may vary based on destination country, customs clearance, holidays, or carrier delays. While we do our best to meet these timeframes, delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy. All you need to do is send us an email at contact@seamsemmart.com with the subject line "CANCEL".

I have entered an incorrect address!

If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at contact@seamsemmart.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

My item arrived damaged

If your item arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us at contact@seamsemmart.com with:
- Your order ID
- A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

After verification, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Pre-Ordered or Back-Ordered Items

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items

If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship all available items immediately. The pre-ordered or back-ordered item(s) will be shipped separately as soon as they become available.

If you receive only part of your order, the remaining items will arrive in a separate shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes


International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing may also cause additional delays that are outside our control.

Tracking Information


Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to you (when available). Some international shipments may experience delays in tracking updates depending on the destination country and carrier.
